To operate CNC Press Brake Bending Machines efficiently and produce sheet metal components as per engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Operate CNC Press Brake Bending Machines (Delem / Hindustan / Ermak).
• Perform sheet metal bending operations as per engineering drawings.
• Set up machines, select suitable tools, punches, and dies.
• Understand and interpret technical drawings and bending dimensions.
• Perform machine setting, parameter adjustments, and program corrections.
• Ensure dimensional accuracy using measuring instruments.
• Monitor production quality and achieve daily production targets.
• Identify and report machine abnormalities and breakdowns.
• Follow 5S, safety procedures, and preventive maintenance practices.




• Coordinate with the Production and Quality teams to minimize rejection and rework. Technical Skills
• CNC Press Brake Machine Operation.
• Delem CNC Controller knowledge.
• Hindustan / Ermak Press Brake machine experience.
• Knowledge of sheet metal bending processes.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of vernier caliper, measuring tape, and angle measurement.
• Knowledge of machine setting and tooling selection. Experience
• 2–5 years of experience in sheet metal bending operations.
• Experience in automotive or manufacturing industries preferred.
• Hands-on experience in CNC Press Brake machines. Immediate Joiners Prefered
