Summary UST is looking for Senior Full Stack Engineer / Tech Lead with strong hands-on development experience in Golang or Ruby on Rails, ReactJS, and AWS. The candidate will work on business-critical Finance and Supply Chain applications covering areas such as financial planning, reporting, automation, and supply chain operations. The role involves building scalable full-stack applications and intelligent workflow automation solutions while providing technical leadership to the engineering team.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using Golang/Ruby on Rails and ReactJS.
• Build and deploy cloud-based applications using AWS.
• Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and code reviews.
• Lead technical design and development across frontend and backend systems.
• Build reliable, well-tested, secure, and maintainable applications.
• Work closely with Product, Finance, Accounting, Compliance, and Operations stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and implementation plans.
• Guide engineers and promote strong engineering practices.
• Contribute to intelligent automation and agentic workflow solutions.



Required Qualifications
• Strong hands-on experience in Golang OR Ruby on Rails.
• Strong hands-on experience in ReactJS.
• Strong experience with AWS/cloud-based application development.
• Full Stack application development experience.
• Experience as a Senior Engineer, Technical Lead, Lead Developer, or similar technical leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of application architecture, APIs, databases, testing, and distributed systems.
• Experience delivering production-grade, scalable applications.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with US-based customers/stakeholders.
