Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering (Mandatory) ? Salary Budget: Up to ₹60,000 per month ? Employment Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and execute external development works at project sites.
• Manage construction of internal roads, pathways, kerbs, drains, and stormwater drainage systems.
• Oversee sewerage, water supply, electrical ducting, and underground utility works.
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor contractors, subcontractors, and site labour.
• Coordinate with consultants, vendors,



and internal project teams.
• Prepare daily progress reports and monitor project timelines.
• Ensure quality control, site safety, and efficient material utilization.
• Identify and resolve site-related technical and execution issues. Candidate

Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• 3–4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Hands-on experience in External Development (ED) works in real estate projects is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of civil drawings, BOQs, and site execution.
