- 6–8 years of experience in Performance Marketing, with strong expertise in Google Ads.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Ads is mandatory.
- Must have extensive experience in Google Search Ads, Display Ads, YouTube Ads, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Expertise in Google Ads campaign setup, keyword research, bidding strategies, budget management, optimization, and conversion tracking.
- Ability to independently manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of lead generation,
conversion optimization, and ROI improvement.
- Experience in managing advertising budgets and achieving campaign targets.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
- Solid analytical and reporting skills.
- Experience in team management and client coordination is preferred.
