Kandukur Converra is hiring a Planner for a large data centre project, and experience on data centre or MEP heavy project in Hyderabad, Telangana (site
location:
Kandukur). If you have hands-on Primavera P6 experience on data centre projects, read a critical path with confidence and have supported delay assessments or EOT submissions, we would like to hear from you. What you will do
• Review baseline and updated programmes in Primavera P6, track the critical path and analyse schedule variances
• Identify the causes of delay and assess their impact on key milestones and completion
• Review subcontractor schedules, mitigation programmes and recovery plans for realism and contractual compliance
• Prepare weekly and monthly schedule updates, progress reports, S-curves and look-ahead programmes
• Support EOT submissions, delay narratives and planning-related contractual correspondence
• Apply recognised delay analysis methods such as Time Impact Analysis and Windows Analysis
• Keep accurate schedule records and supporting exhibits,
and coordinate with the claims and contracts team What we are looking for
• 4-5 years of planning experience in construction, including at least one data centre project
• Advanced hands-on experience in Primavera P6 (mandatory), covering baselines, updates, resource loading and critical path analysis
• Sound understanding of CPM scheduling and exposure to delay analysis or claims support
• Ability to write clear, well-structured planning reports and delay narratives
• Exposure to FIDIC contracts will be an advantage; PMP is a plus
• Experience in at least one data centre / MEP heavy project
• Immediate Joiner on urgent basis What is on offer
