Position Overview: We are looking for a Marketing Generalist to manage and execute marketing activities across email, WhatsApp, social media, and PR. The candidate will be responsible for driving brand visibility, customer engagement, lead nurturing, and overall marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute email newsletters, promotional campaigns, and automated email journeys for lead nurturing and customer engagement.
• Manage WhatsApp marketing campaigns, broadcasts, automated sequences, and follow-ups using tools like WATI, Interakt, or AiSensy.
• Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest.
• Plan content calendars and coordinate with the creative team for Reels, posts, carousels, videos, and other marketing creatives.
• Drive organic social media growth through engaging content, collaborations, trends, and community management.
• Segment customer databases and personalise communication based on project type, customer journey, and location.




• Handle email and WhatsApp campaign tracking, A/B testing, and performance optimisation.
• Build brand visibility through PR activities, media coverage, influencer collaborations, partnerships, and industry events.
• Draft marketing copies, newsletters, press releases, social media captions, and promotional content.
• Coordinate with sales, design, SEO, and content teams to ensure consistent brand communication.
• Collect client testimonials, reviews, and project case studies for marketing activities.
• Track campaign performance, engagement, leads, and conversions, and prepare regular reports.
• Research market trends, competitor activities, and new marketing opportunities.
