Role OverviewWe are looking for an International College Admissions Counselor to guide students through undergraduate admissions to universities in the US, UK, Singapore, and other international destinations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of international education systems, university admissions requirements, and the ability to independently manage student applications from planning to submission.

Key Responsibilities
• University Research & Admissions Strategy: Research universities, build balanced reach, target, and safety college lists, and advise students on undergraduate programs, eligibility, scholarships, and admissions strategies.
• Application Management: Guide students through Common App, UCAS, and university-specific application portals. Manage application forms, supporting documents, recommendations, and submission deadlines.
• Essays & Profile Development: Support students with personal statements, supplemental essays, extracurricular planning, resumes, and activity lists, ensuring applications reflect their authentic experiences.
• Student & Parent Counseling: Conduct individual counseling sessions, communicate application progress, address queries, and coordinate with students, parents, and teachers.
• Admissions Knowledge & Research:



Understand international curricula, including AP, IB, A-Levels, and US high school systems. Stay updated on university-specific prerequisites, standardized tests, English proficiency requirements, interviews, and admissions policies. Maintain student application trackers and university research resources. Required Qualifications &

Skills:
• Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
• 1–3 years of experience in international college admissions, education consulting, or student counseling.
• Solid understanding of undergraduate admissions in at least two destinations: US, UK, and Singapore.
• Familiarity with Common App, UCAS, and international university application processes.
• Knowledge of AP, IB, A-Levels, US high school curricula, and relevant academic requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication, research, and organizational skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple students, applications, and deadlines. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience studying abroad or first-hand exposure to international undergraduate admissions.
• Familiarity with leading universities, including NUS, NTU, SMU, Oxford, Cambridge, UCL, Imperial College London, LSE, and top US universities.
• Practical experience with college essays, extracurricular development, and competitive student profile building.
