The Salesperson will engage with new and existing customers, present product offerings, explain features and pricing, and support customers in selecting suitable solutions. Daily responsibilities include managing inquiries, following up on leads, preparing quotes, and closing sales in line with company guidelines. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records, coordinating with internal teams on order processing and delivery, and addressing customer concerns to ensure ongoing satisfaction. The Salesperson is expected to meet sales targets, contribute to local market development,



and represent the company professionally in all interactions. Qualifications
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities, with a focus on long-term client satisfaction.
• Sales and negotiation skills, including lead follow-up, opportunity qualification, and closing techniques.
• Basic business and product understanding, with the ability to explain features, benefits, and pricing clearly.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including transparent verbal communication and active listening.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple customers, leads, and sales activities.
• Comfort using common office and sales tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM or basic sales tracking software).
• Ability to work on-site in Pune Division and collaborate with team members and management.
• Prior sales or customer-facing experience in trading, retail, or related sectors is an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in business or commerce is a plus.
