Role Description The Ecommerce Business Owner is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for building and managing Skyridge Nutratech LLP’s online sales channels. This role oversees end-to-end ecommerce operations, including store setup and maintenance, product listing management, pricing, promotions, and inventory coordination with the manufacturing and logistics teams. The person in this role will analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to develop growth strategies and improve conversion, retention, and profitability. Daily work includes managing online marketplaces and brand-owned websites, coordinating digital marketing campaigns, handling customer inquiries and escalations, and ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment.



The Ecommerce Business Owner will collaborate with leadership on business planning, budget management, and expansion into recent platforms or geographies, while ensuring compliance with relevant food and feed supplement regulations. Qualifications
• Qualification: No limit as long as relevant experience is available.
• Knowledge of the food and feed supplements industry, regulatory considerations, and product labeling requirements is preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, willingness to take ownership, and ability to collaborate effectively with manufacturing, logistics, finance, and leadership teams.
• Experience in ecommerce business management, including online store operations, marketplace management, and revenue growth ownership.
• Strong skills in digital marketing, performance marketing, and basic SEO/SEM to drive traffic and conversions.
• Ability to manage product catalogs, pricing, promotions, and inventory coordination across multiple online channels.
• Proficiency in using ecommerce platforms (such as Amazon, Flipkart etc), analytics tools, and MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Demonstrated strength in data analysis, reporting, and decision-making based on KPIs such as sales, margins, customer acquisition cost, and lifetime value.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-centric approach to service and issue resolution.
