About the role
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, people-oriented, comfortable with coordination and documentation, and interested in building a career in Human Resources. The intern will get hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee onboarding, HR operations, documentation, employee engagement, and internal coordination. This is a practical HR internship where you will work closely with the team and gain experience across different stages of the employee lifecycle. Key Responsibility:
• Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and resume screening.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, and recruitment records.
• Assist with employee onboarding and documentation.
• Maintain employee records, HR trackers, and other internal documentation.
• Assist with leave, attendance, and employee information management.
• Support employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
• Assist in creating and maintaining HR policies, processes, and templates.




• Support HR reporting, data entry, and other operational tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information. Requirement:
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
• Basic knowledge of HR concepts and processes.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and Google Workspace.
• Good communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working with people, data, and documentation.
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility across HR and recruitment activities.
• Previous internship or project experience in HR/recruitment is a plus. Key highlight: Duration: 6 months Stipend: ₹7,000 per month (negotiable based on experience and skills) PPO: Yes (Conditional on Performance) Type: Full time Internship Work Timings: 10:30 AM IST to 07:30 PM IST
