Location:
Ekkattuthangal, Chennai Start date: We don't want to wait months for the right person. Role Overview We’re looking for a design leader to build our design function from 0
- 1, define the creative vision, build a high performing team, establish systems, and drive design excellence alongside the founder. This isn't a role where you'll inherit a playbook. You'll have the prospect to write it. If you need a detailed JD with clearly defined roles and responsibilities, this role probably isn’t for you. We're looking for someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership, challenges the status quo, and turns ideas into a function that delivers.
