Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through networking, cold calling, LinkedIn, email marketing, and other channels.
• Pitch and promote Aevon Global's IT services and solutions to prospective clients.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with our internal team to propose suitable solutions.
• Build and maintain solid relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Negotiate and close business deals.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into paying customers.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to the company's business growth. Requirements & Qualifications
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition is preferred.
• Basic understanding of IT services, software development, digital solutions, or technology-based products is an advantage.
• Ability to independently identify and approach potential clients.




• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills are also welcome. Compensation & Commission StructureThis is a 100% commission-based opportunity. There is no fixed salary or monthly compensation.
