About the role
You keep Zenska's and other company social channels running every day, on time and without mistakes. You schedule and publish across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, Google Business Profile and [other channels], keep the content calendar organised, reply to comments and messages, and make quick edits so every post is ready to go.

What you'll do
Daily posting and scheduling
• Publish and schedule posts, Reels, Stories and Shorts on all channels as per the content calendar.
• Use Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, LinkedIn and a scheduling tool (Buffer, Later, Hootsuite, Zoho Social, Metricool or similar).
• Adapt each post for its platform: caption, hashtags, cover image, tags, links.
• Post regular updates and offers on Google Business Profile.
• Keep the content calendar and asset folders up to date. Quick editing
• Resize, trim, add captions and subtitles in CapCut or Canva; make small text or design changes.
• Create easy Stories, polls and reposts from existing assets.
• Use AI tools for caption drafts and subtitles, then check every word before posting. Community
• Reply to comments, DMs and mentions during

• Pass sales or customer enquiries to the right team quickly and flag complaints straight away.




• Repost customer content only with their permission. Checks and reporting
• Check every post before it goes out: correct offer, price, dates, links, spelling and size.
• Send a weekly report: what was posted, reach, engagement, follower growth, best and worst posts.
• What you need
• 1–2 years handling brand social media accounts, posting daily on several platforms.
• Comfortable with Meta Business Suite and at least one scheduling tool.
• Basic editing in CapCut and Canva (Premiere Pro or Photoshop is a plus).
• Very organised, with a sharp eye for typos and wrong details.
• Good written English and Hindi/Hinglish.
• Reliable: can schedule weekend and holiday posts in advance. Nice to have: basic understanding of Meta ads and boosting; experience with WhatsApp Business; a graduate degree in mass communication, marketing or similar. How we'll measure success (first 90 days)
