Role Description The Assembly Production Supervisor ERP & SAP Software role is a full time remote position responsible for overseeing assembly operations and ensuring effective use of ERP and SAP systems to manage production activities. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring production schedules, coordinating assembly workflows, and aligning resources to meet output and quality targets. The supervisor will use ERP and SAP tools to track materials, update production planning data, and generate operational reports for management. This role also involves guiding and supporting assembly team members, resolving production issues, and maintaining clear communication with cross-functional departments such as quality, maintenance, and supply chain.



The supervisor is expected to promote safety, adherence to standard operating procedures, and continuous process optimization. Qualifications
• Strong supervisory skills with experience leading assembly or production teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in managing production schedules and production planning to meet delivery timelines and efficiency goals.
• Hands-on experience with production management processes, including workflow coordination and resource allocation.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with remote and on-site stakeholders, including production, quality, and logistics teams.
• Practical experience working with ERP and SAP software for production, inventory, and reporting functions.
• Understanding of automotive or industrial component manufacturing, preferably hoses or tubing products.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation and production metrics, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, industrial management, or a related field is preferred.
• Commitment to safety, quality standards, and continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or 5S is an advantage.
