About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised, resourceful and trustworthy professional to work directly with the Founder, managing both personal and professional responsibilities. This is a hands-on executive support role requiring discretion, initiative, excellent communication and the ability to independently manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the Founder's calendar, appointments, meetings and daily schedules.
• Coordinate personal commitments, errands, bookings and reservations.
• Handle travel arrangements, accommodation and itineraries.
• Liaise with household staff, vendors and service providers.
• Track important tasks, deadlines, reminders and follow-ups.
• Maintain confidential records, documents and information.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Anticipate requirements and resolve routine matters independently.




• Remain reasonably available for occasional urgent requirements outside standard office hours. Candidate Requirements
• Prior experience supporting a founder, senior executive or business owner.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication.
• Strong organisational, multitasking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with email, calendars, spreadsheets and productivity tools.
• Professionalism, discretion, accountability and adaptability.
• Willingness to manage both personal and professional responsibilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable working full time from our Gurugram office. Key This is not a conventional administrative or receptionist position. It involves direct support to the founder, including personal management responsibilities. The salary ceiling is mentioned above for clarity. Compensation may be lower depending on experience and suitability, with flexibility for exceptional candidates. Selection Process: One final in-person interview with the Founder or Co-founder in Gurugram.
