About the Role
We are looking for a People Operations
- Field Professional to lead and scale our field operations team. This role requires strong on-ground leadership, operational planning, team development, and analytical thinking to ensure efficient execution across field locations. You will own field team performance, build scalable operational systems, drive training and evaluation, and work closely with leadership and HR to align people and operational strategies with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
• Field Operations Leadership: Lead and manage field teams across locations, ensuring smooth daily operations, productivity, and execution.
• Training & Development: Build and drive structured training programs, onboarding, and continuous development for field teams.
• Performance & Evaluation: Establish performance metrics, evaluate team productivity, identify gaps, and drive accountability and improvement.
• Operational Strategy: Design and improve operational systems, workflows, SOPs, and processes to support scale and efficiency.
• Data & Analytics: Work extensively with numbers and operational data to track productivity, attendance, output, costs, and team performance, translating insights into action.
• Team Management:



Build a high-performing field workforce through effective team management, problem-solving, and on-ground support.
• People Strategy Collaboration: Partner with HR and leadership on workforce planning, team effectiveness, retention, and initiatives that improve field team performance.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to resolve field-level challenges, improve execution, and align operations with business requirements.

Requirements:
• Experience in field operations, people operations, workforce management, or operations leadership.
• Proven experience managing frontline or distributed teams.
• Solid analytical skills and comfort working with large datasets, spreadsheets, and performance metrics.
• Ability to build operational processes, drive execution, and improve team productivity.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with significant on-ground involvement. Nice to Have:
• Experience managing large field-based, frontline, or blue-collar teams.
• Experience scaling operations in a startup or high-growth environment.
