Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the travel planning process.
- Stay updated on travel trends, regulations, and best practices to offer informed recommendations.
- Handle travel-related inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise pre- and post-travel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a travel agent or in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of domestic and international travel regulations.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using travel booking systems and software.
