Job Description: OTC Collections – International Voice Process
Location: Bangalore
Shift: US Night Shift
Education: Commerce / Non-Commerce Graduates
Experience: 1+ Year
Maximum Package: ₹5.5 LPA
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers for payment collections.
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and overdue invoices.
- Resolve payment disputes and perform account reconciliation.
- Support credit management, credit limit reviews, refunds, and order management.
- Assess customer creditworthiness as per company policies.
- Handle qualified customer email communication.
- Understand the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in AR Collections / OTC Voice Process.
- Good international customer-handling and communication skills.
- Knowledge of dispute management, account reconciliation, and credit management.
- Willingness to work US night shifts in Bangalore.
