About The Role

We're hiring a Photographer & Videographer to own how we look across every channel — Instagram, YouTube, website, print, brand campaigns, member features, and event coverage.

You'll be the person behind the camera.

This role requires someone who can shoot independently across all three locations, edit both photos and videos to a finished standard, and collaborate closely with our in-house creative team to produce work that continually raises the brand's visual quality.

Climbing is a challenging subject to capture well. We're looking for someone who sees that as a creative challenge and wants to grow into a senior visual storyteller over the next two to three years.

What You'll Do

- Capture all primary photo and video content, including:
- Facility shoots
- Member stories
- Events
- Brand campaigns
- Marketing content

- Plan shoots end-to-end, including concept, location, lighting, scheduling, and talent direction
- Edit your own video content, including:

- Instagram Reels
- Short-form content
- Long-form videos
- Event films

- Edit and colour-grade photographs to maintain a consistent visual identity
- Travel regularly across Indiranagar, Whitefield, and Goa for shoots
- Collaborate with the in-house creative team on campaigns and brand initiatives




- Maintain an organised archive of footage, photography, and creative assets
- Stay up to date with photography, videography, climbing, fitness, and lifestyle trends, and proactively propose new content ideas

What We're Looking For

- 2–4 years of professional experience in photography and videography (agency, freelance, or in-house)
- Strong portfolio showcasing both photography and video work
- Experience working with sport, fitness, lifestyle, hospitality, or consumer brands is preferred
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
- Adobe Lightroom
- Adobe Photoshop

- Ability to independently plan and execute shoots without supervision
- Strong creative taste and a transparent visual point of view
- Comfortable travelling regularly between Bangalore locations and Goa
- Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate

Nice to Have

- Experience shooting climbing, action sports, or low-light indoor environments
- Motion graphics, advanced colour grading, or sound design skills
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools (Generative Fill, AI colour grading, Auto Cut, transcription, etc.)
- Drone licence and drone equipment
- Experience with underwater or outdoor adventure photography
- Personal interest or background in climbing, outdoor sports, or fitness
