Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Lead – ServiceNow SAM & HAM to join our team for a six-month contract engagement. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM), along with a positive understanding of IT Asset Management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and support ServiceNow SAM and HAM solutions.
- Manage software and hardware asset lifecycles, including asset tracking, utilization, and compliance.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Support asset discovery, reconciliation, reporting,
and process improvements.
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth functioning of ServiceNow SAM/HAM modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve IT asset management processes.
Required Skills
- Minimum 6 years of relevant ServiceNow experience.
- Strong knowledge of SAM and HAM modules.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Availability to work the specified shift for the full contract duration.
