About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced iOS Lead / iOS Architect to lead a team of 6 developers for a UK-based project. The ideal candidate is a hands-on developer with strong system architecture skills and a proven track record in project leadership.
Critically, this role requires a candidate who demonstrates a strong sense of Ownership & Accountability and possesses exceptional Customer Engagement & Management skills.
We are looking for a leader who can manage client expectations while delivering high-quality technical solutions.
Compensation:
- We are open to engaging the candidate via Payroll (Monthly Salary) or as a Contractor on a 6-month contract (Monthly Invoicing).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 6 developers in a technical capacity.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Define the architecture and ensure successful implementation and delivery.
- Maintain a strong "hands-on" approach to development and problem-solving.
Required Skills:
- Leadership & Soft Skills: Strong sense of ownership and accountability. Exceptional customer engagement and management skills. Ability to lead and mentor a team.
- iOS Tech Stack: Solid experience in Swift, SwiftUI, and Combine.
- Architecture: Expertise in Clean Architecture, MVVM, and modular design.
- Integration: Hands-on experience with SDK & package integration (Swift Package Manager).
- Quality Assurance: Proficient in unit testing & UI testing.
- Performance: Skilled in performance tuning, memory optimisation, and crash analysis.

Bachelors / B.Tech
