About the Opportunity
A dynamic, innovation-driven tech firm operating at the intersection of artificial intelligence and enterprise software solutions, we build scalable AI systems that power decision automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent workflows for global clients. Our AI Engineers ship production-grade models, optimize inference pipelines, and bridge the gap between research and real-world business impact—all while working with modern ML stacks and cloud architectures.

Role & Responsibilities

- Design, train, and deploy machine learning models for real-time classification, regression, and NLP tasks in production environments.
- Optimize model inference latency and throughput using ONNX, TensorRT, or similar acceleration frameworks.
- Collaborate with data engineers to build feature pipelines and integrate model outputs into microservices and APIs.
- Implement MLOps practices—version control for models, automated testing,

CI/CD pipelines for ML deployments.
- Monitor model drift, set up alerting, and orchestrate retraining cycles using tools like MLflow or SageMaker.
- Support research-to-production efforts by converting experimental notebooks into robust, maintainable codebases.
