About the Opportunity

Granular Tek, LLC is a fast-scaling enterprise software firm delivering cloud-native, high-throughput Java applications for Fortune 500 clients across finance, logistics, and telecom sectors. We build scalable, resilient backends that power mission-critical systems—leveraging microservices, event-driven architectures, and modern DevOps toolchains to ship reliable, performance-optimized solutions at velocity.

Role & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and own high-scale Java-based microservices that handle 10K+ RPS with sub-50ms latency.
- Lead code reviews, architectural decisions, and performance tuning—ensuring resilience, observability, and maintainability.
- Architect and implement event-driven systems using Kafka or similar stream processors for real-time data pipelines.
- Drive CI/CD automation using Jenkins/GitLab CI and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/Ansible)



for zero-downtime deployments.
- Collaborate with product and QA teams to define specs, automate testing (JUnit/TestNG), and reduce defect leakage.
- Mentor junior engineers and champion best practices in Java 17+, Spring Boot, and distributed systems design.
