- Minimum 5 years of experience in developing and implementing Anaplan-based planning solutions for global clients.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Anaplan model development, with working knowledge of Oracle databases and PL/SQL.
- Experience contributing to at least two Anaplan implementation projects.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project delivery approaches.
- Ability to work across diverse planning domains, including Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;), workforce, sales quota, incentive compensation (ICM), and project planning.
- Practical knowledge of advanced Anaplan capabilities, including PlanIQ, Recent UX, Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), and PLANUAL guidelines.
- Understanding of sales-related business processes, particularly sales crediting, incentive compensation, bookings, and planning.
- Anaplan L1, L2, L3, or Architect certification would be an added advantage.
- Demonstrates initiative, adaptability, and enthusiasm for delivering quality solutions.
