Job Summary
We are looking for marketing professionals to develop referral networks, build relationships with doctors and healthcare partners, and increase patient referrals and hospital business.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with doctors, clinics, healthcare professionals, and referral partners.
- Identify recent referral opportunities and expand patient referrals.
- Conduct field visits, health camps, awareness programs, and community outreach activities.
- Develop relationships with local communities, corporates, and institutions.
- Coordinate with hospital teams and track referral performance.
- Maintain referral reports and conduct regular partner follow-ups.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in referral marketing, hospital marketing, or healthcare marketing.
- Strong networking, communication, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to build referral networks and achieve business targets.
- Comfortable with field visits and community outreach activities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting is preferred.
