Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for Architects and Interior Designers based in Gurugram. The role involves developing architectural and interior design concepts, preparing detailed drawings, layouts, and 3D presentations, and collaborating with clients to refine design requirements. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with engineers, vendors, and contractors, supporting site supervision to ensure design intent and quality standards, and participating in material selection and budgeting. The position also requires managing project timelines, documentation,



and communication with stakeholders to support smooth execution from design to handover. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and preparation of detailed drawings.
• Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration as related to design tools and workflows, such as CAD/BIM software, visualization tools, and coordination of digital project data.
• Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including scheduling, coordination with multidisciplinary teams, and tracking deliverables and site progress.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop) and familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field; professional licensure or registration is an advantage.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, attention to detail, and willingness to be regularly present on site in Gurugram.
• Prior experience in residential, commercial, or turnkey projects and an interest in materiality, user comfort, and long-term usability will be beneficial.
