Role Description The Sales Marketing Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Jabalpur. This role is responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow the company’s client base for web, mobile, software development, and digital marketing services. Day-to-day tasks include planning and running campaigns, generating and qualifying leads, managing client relationships, preparing proposals and presentations, and coordinating with the technical team to align offerings with market needs. The Sales Marketing Manager will track and analyze performance metrics, manage social media and digital channels as needed, and identify new market opportunities and partnership prospects. Qualifications
• Strong skills in sales planning, lead generation, and client relationship management, with a focus on B2B and technology services.
• Experience in digital and traditional marketing, including campaign management, social media management, and basic marketing analytics.




• Ability to develop marketing content and presentations, with solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort with collaborating closely with development and product teams to understand services and translate them into clear value propositions.
• Previous experience in IT services, SaaS products, or software development companies is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in common office and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Office, CRM software, project management tools).
