The agency values professionals who can thrive in a multicultural, growth-oriented setting. Role Description The Influencer Onboarding Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in South Delhi. This role is responsible for identifying suitable influencers, conducting outreach, and guiding them through the onboarding process in alignment with campaign goals and MOCA’s standards. On a day-to-day basis, the Consultant will review influencer profiles, coordinate communication, collect required documentation, and ensure smooth setup of contracts and campaign briefs. The role involves close collaboration with account managers and marketing teams to match influencers with brand objectives,



maintain accurate records, and track onboarding timelines. The Consultant will also support relationship management by addressing influencer queries, providing clear guidance, and contributing feedback to improve onboarding workflows. Qualifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with influencers and internal teams.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple onboarding processes and maintain accurate documentation.
• Basic understanding of influencer marketing, social media platforms, and digital advertising concepts.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a structured on-site setting and adapt to a global, multicultural team.
• Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM or database systems, email communication platforms).
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to address onboarding issues and ensure compliance with internal guidelines.
• Prior experience in talent management, account coordination, or influencer marketing is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
