Role Description The Creative Designer is a full-time, hybrid role based in Malappuram, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role involves developing original visual concepts and designs for digital and print campaigns, including social media creatives, ad banners, presentations, and marketing materials. The Creative Designer will collaborate closely with marketing strategists, content creators, and account managers to translate brand guidelines and campaign objectives into engaging visual assets. Daily responsibilities include creating and refining graphics, designing layouts and web elements, supporting branding projects,



and ensuring visual consistency across all platforms. The role also includes participating in brainstorming sessions, preparing design files for production, and staying current with design trends and tools to continuously improve creative output. Qualifications
• Strong creative design abilities, with a portfolio demonstrating Creative Design and Branding work.
• Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design, including experience with industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma or similar).
• Experience in Web Design, with knowledge of layout, UI basics, and responsive design principles.
• Ability to translate marketing and brand strategies into transparent, compelling visual concepts and assets.
• Attention to detail, strong sense of aesthetics, and solid understanding of typography, color, and composition.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to receive and incorporate feedback constructively.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup from Malappuram, manage time independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred: Diploma or degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, and prior experience in a digital marketing or creative agency setting.
