Position
- Designer PURPOSE OF THIS ROLE Support design development through accurate execution, technical detailing, and coordination, ensuring design concepts are translated into feasible, production-ready outputs. RESPONSIBILITY
• Assist in developing seasonal collections through trend research, sketching, and material sourcing.
• Convert design concepts into detailed tech packs with measurements, construction, trims, and finishes.
• Support sample development with sampling, merchandising, and production teams.
• Track sample status and ensure iterations reflect feedback.
• Maintain design documentation, libraries, and seasonal archives.
• Ensure design-intent consistency across proto, fit, and final samples.
• Compile trend, colour, fabric, and silhouette research for internal reviews. PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Fashion or Textile Design from a recognized institute.
• 0-3 years of apparel design experience, preferably in export houses or manufacturing. TECHNICAL SKILLS
• Design visualisation through hand sketches and CAD.
• Basic fabric, trim, and construction knowledge.
• Tech pack creation, BOM understanding, and trend research basics.
