Role Description The Human Resources Specialist will support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance processes, and employee engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing HR records, coordinating benefits and leave administration, assisting in policy implementation, and addressing routine employee queries. The role also involves supporting personnel management activities such as maintaining accurate employee data, helping resolve workplace concerns, and assisting with HR reporting and compliance. This is a full-time,



on-site position based in Puducherry, India, requiring regular collaboration with managers and team members across departments. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience in core HR operations.
• Candidates should possess skills in developing and applying HR Policies, ensuring consistency and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Employee Perks administration, including enrollment, communication, and basic compliance tracking.
• Candidates should possess Personnel Management skills, including maintaining records, supporting performance processes, and fostering positive employee relations.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field are preferred.
