• Facilities: Food and Accommodation Provided on company cost Job Summary BNB Land Consultancy is looking for a competent and detail-oriented Junior Civil Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in land acquisition, land records, surveying, and revenue documentation. The candidate will be responsible for supporting Yadast-related work, verification of land records, preparation of land schedules, and coordination with revenue officials and other stakeholders for land acquisition projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Carry out HOUSE AND SRUCTURE MEASUREMENT (Building House well, boundary wall and /or any other structure owned by any land owner ) work and calculate the valuation as per OPWD code
• Coordinate land measurements, plot identification, demarcation, and site verification with Amins of the company.
• Verify land area, ownership details, plot boundaries, and relevant documentation against available records.
• Prepare reports, Excel sheets, and documentation related to Structure measurement of land owners residing in Village
• Conduct field visits to villages and project sites for measurement
• Maintain accurate records of acquired structures, pending cases, discrepancies,



and documentation status.
• Support the team in resolving discrepancies between field measurements and available land records. Required Qualifications & Skills
• Diploma or B.
Tech/B.
E. in Civil Engineering.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in land acquisition, Yadast work, land surveying, or revenue record verification.
• Practical knowledge of measurement of any Building and associated structures of permanent nature
• Familiarity with Odisha land and revenue documentation procedures is preferred.
• Basic proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
• Ability to interpret land maps, survey drawings and plot boundaries.
• Good documentation, communication, and coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel to villages and work at project sites in Chhendipada, Angul, Odisha.
