Position Overview: We are looking for an IT Security Engineer responsible for managing IT security, employee access, device management, and ensuring compliance with SOC 2 Type I and Type II requirements. The role will focus on maintaining secure systems, supporting employees with technical issues, and ensuring all IT processes are properly documented.

Key Responsibilities
• Ensure ongoing compliance with SOC 2 Type I and Type II security requirements.
• Manage employee laptops and devices through MDM tools such as JumpCloud.
• Implement and manage Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Single Sign-On (SSO), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
• Manage employee accounts, software tools, access permissions, and licenses.
• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding from an IT and security perspective.




• Provide technical support and troubleshoot IT-related issues for employees.
• Monitor access controls and ensure company systems follow security best practices.
• Conduct security awareness and training sessions for employees.
• Maintain IT security policies, procedures, audit records, and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and auditors for security audits and compliance requirements.

• Experience in IT Security, Information Security, or IT Administration.
• Knowledge of SOC 2 Type I and Type II compliance.
• Hands-on experience with MDM tools such as JumpCloud.

• Good troubleshooting and technical support skills.
