Logistics Executive – Export Logistics & International Air Freight Company: GNH India Pharmaceuticals Limited Department: Logistics / Supply Chain

Experience:
2–4 Years 1. Job Summary GNH India Pharmaceuticals Limited is looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Executive to manage international air freight, export documentation, customs coordination, and shipment tracking. The ideal candidate should have 2–4 years of experience in export logistics or international air freight. 2. What You Will Do
• Coordinate international air freight bookings and export shipments.
• Prepare and verify Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Air Waybills (AWB), Shipping Bills, and Certificates of Origin, where applicable.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers for export clearance.
• Track shipments and ensure timely dispatch.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with export procedures, customs requirements, and Incoterms.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Accounts, and Regulatory teams.
• Maintain shipment records and resolve documentation or logistics issues. 3.



What We're Looking For
• Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business,.
• 2–4 years of experience in export logistics or international air freight.
• Practical knowledge of export documentation, customs coordination, and shipment tracking.
• Understanding of Incoterms and destination-specific documentation requirements.
• Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Preferred: Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. 4. Not a Match If
• You lack experience in international air freight or export logistics.
• You struggle with documentation accuracy, shipment tracking, or timely follow-ups. 5.
