Our client’s software platform powers mission-critical autonomous operations across 400+ large industrial sites in 70+ countries. Their customer roster includes Fortune 500 leaders across energy, utilities, security, and infrastructure (such as Shell, CSX, Airbus, Anglo American, Dole, and Statnett). With core engineering and business teams based in Pune, they are building the "nervous system" for large industrial sites worldwide. The team operates at AI speed—where intelligence and autonomy are at the core of everything. They thrive in a high-agency, high-velocity environment where AI is not a side project, but the operating system for thinking, building, and growing. The Role We are looking for a hands-on Creative Lead who will set the creative bar, shape briefs, challenge early concepts, and get their hands dirty building alongside designers, writers, video creators, and AI tools. This is not a review-only leadership role. We need someone with elite taste who can translate complex drone autonomy, enterprise software, and Physical AI into clear, memorable, high-impact creative work. You will work across brand, product marketing, demand generation, events, sales enablement, and executive communications. One day you might define the visual direction for a global campaign; the next, you could be storyboarding a product video, rebuilding a high-stakes pitch deck, directing a photoshoot, or prototyping ten concepts with AI before lunch. What You’ll Own Creative Direction: Set the quality bar across brand systems, campaigns, product storytelling, and customer-facing assets. Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, coach, and develop a high-output creative team through clear briefs, sharp feedback,



and collaborative execution. Multi-Format Execution: Direct and design campaign concepts spanning visual design, motion, video, social, web, events, and sales enablement materials. Simplifying Complexity: Translate technical, abstract enterprise software and drone automation concepts into compelling, intuitive stories. AI-Native Operations: Use generative AI, automation, and modern creative tools as core parts of the ideation, production, and operational workflow. Velocity with Judgment: Establish high-velocity review processes that protect quality without creating approval bottlenecks.
