Senior SAP ABAP Developer – SAP BRIM & FICA

12:00 PM – 8:00 PM IST Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP ABAP Developer with strong expertise in SAP BRIM and FICA to design, develop, customize, and enhance enterprise-level SAP solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in FICA customizations, SAP BRIM implementations, S/4HANA development, and integration technologies. Required Technical Skills & Experience
• 8+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development, including SAP S/4HANA.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP BRIM and FICA.
• Experience in at least 2 SAP implementation projects involving FICA customizations and enhancements for high-volume SAP BRIM environments.
• Strong experience in SAP CRM Web UI / CRM_UI.
• Hands-on expertise in GENIL/BOL programming and One Order Framework.
• Experience with SAP BRIM components: SOM, CI, and CC.
• Robust knowledge of OData service development (Classical OData and RAP).
• Experience in REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, and external system integrations.
• Hands-on experience with RFC and Web Service configuration.
• Knowledge of authentication protocols: OAuth 2.0, Basic Authentication, and SSL Certificates.
• Exposure to SAP BTP,



including Business Application Studio and cloud services.
• Working knowledge of SAP UI5, JavaScript, and HTML5.
• Experience with integration technologies such as IDocs, RFCs, and Web Services.
• Experience in 2+ full lifecycle SAP implementations or major system upgrades. Preferred Certifications
• SAP Certified Development Associate – ABAP for SAP HANA.
• SAP Fiori Application Developer Certification.
• SAP S/4HANA Development Certification.
• SAP BRIM Technical Certifications.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop, customize, and enhance SAP ABAP solutions for SAP BRIM and FICA.
• Deliver FICA customizations and enhancements for high-volume, high-usage SAP BRIM environments.
• Design and develop technical solutions using ABAP, OData, RAP, and SAP integration frameworks.
• Develop and maintain SAP CRM Web UI, GENIL/BOL, and One Order Framework components.
• Build and maintain integrations using IDocs, RFCs, REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and OData.
• Support SAP S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, and system enhancements.
• Ensure performance optimization, code quality, and adherence to SAP development standards.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable SAP solutions.
