The House of Sunita Shekhawat is a heritage fine jewellery house founded in 1996, known for up-to-date meenakari and coloured gemstone jewellery, with three stores across Jaipur and Delhi. We're hiring an Executive Assistant to support our Creative Director for the Delhi stores. You'll own her calendar, correspondence, travel and follow-through, with complete discretion.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Own her calendar end to end, resolve clashes early and protect time for creative work
• Schedule meetings, prepare short briefs and circulate decisions the same day
• Manage emails, calls and messages on her behalf in polished English
• Draft presentations, meeting notes and business documents
• Plan travel itineraries and manage expense reports
• Coordinate admin, office operations and vendor follow-ups
• Track every action point to closure and handle confidential matters with care WHAT YOU BRING




• A degree and 1–2 years as an EA to a senior leader, ideally in luxury or hospitality
• Excellent written and verbal communication, polished enough to go out under her name
• Follow-up that leaves nothing open
• Fluency in Google Workspace and MS Office (Apple devices a plus)
• Honesty, dependability, and a wish to stay in a role for years
