Mohan Estate, New Delhi Role Type: Full time Work Mode: WFO (Work From Office) We are looking for a Performance Outcomes & Delivery Manager with 3+ years of experience in delivery and performance marketing. The key KPAs would be to manage the CRM, data analytics and performance marketing to deliver leads which results in applications and enrolments through Google Ads, Meta etc. and manage them through the CRM. Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years in performance marketing with a record of delivering results; education sector preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads and social media.
• Understanding of campaign delivery
• Working knowledge of CRM (e.g., LeadSquared, Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) and the admission funnel (lead → application → enrolment).
• Good with data: Google Analytics, GTM, UTMs and Excel/Sheets.
• Experience with WhatsApp, SMS and remarketing flows.
• Works well with sales, counsellors and creative teams, and takes ownership of targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver the Targets
• Own targets of delivery
• Track progress daily and fix shortfalls early.
• Improve lead quality and bring down cost per lead, application and enrolment. 2. Run Performance Marketing
• Set up and optimise Google Search, Display and YouTube campaigns.
• Run Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), including remarketing.
• Test, optimise and scale what works.
• Monitor budget pacing and spend, and fix delivery issues and ad disapprovals quickly. 3. Manage Leads in CRM
• Track every lead from capture to enrolment, and find where leads drop off.
• Connect ads and landing pages to the CRM, so campaigns optimise on qualified leads.
• Work with counsellors on lead quality and follow-up.
• Run WhatsApp, SMS and email nurture for undecided leads. 4. Track & Report
• Track performance using Google Analytics, GTM and UTMs.
• Share daily and weekly reports on target vs. actual, cost and conversion.
• Work with creative, sales and tech teams to keep campaigns on track. HR Email-ID:
