Role Description The Chief Operations Manager at Fashion i Paris will oversee end-to-end operations for manufacturing, supply chain, and distribution of personal care products. This full-time, on-site role in the Greater Ahmedabad Area includes managing production planning, inventory control, and process optimization to meet quality, safety, and efficiency standards. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, implementing operational policies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and hygiene requirements. The Chief Operations Manager will monitor key performance indicators, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and manage vendor and logistics partnerships.



This position also contributes to strategic decision-making, budget management, and scaling operations to support brand growth. Qualifications
• Strong operations management and manufacturing experience, ideally in FMCG, personal care, or related industries.
• Proficiency in production planning, process optimization, and quality assurance within hygienic or sterile environments.
• Experience in supply chain management, including inventory control, procurement, and vendor management.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance, safety standards, and industry best practices for consumer products.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with a data-driven approach.
• Solid communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience implementing continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in the Greater Ahmedabad Area and manage a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
