Role Description The Junior Academic Counselor will guide learners in their academic and career development, coordinate online counseling and demo sessions, provide personalized learning guidance, and support enrollment through effective communication and follow-ups. Key Responsibilities
• Counsel prospective learners and understand their academic and skill-development needs

Recommend suitable courses and personalized learning programs

Coordinate demo sessions with Experts and ensure timely scheduling

Follow up with prospective learners and address their queries

Handle objections professionally and convert leads into enrollments
• .
Maintain accurate lead records and update the designated CRM/Google Sheet
• .
Coordinate with Experts and senior team members to ensure a smooth enrollment process

• Minimum Qualification: Graduation in any discipline.
