Job Description
Interior Designer We are looking for a detail-oriented Interior Designer to work closely with the Lead Architect across multiple projects, from concept development to execution, handover, and aftercare.

Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the Lead Architect on concept development, design direction, and material palettes.
* Manage material, finish, furniture, fixture, and lighting selections, with robust knowledge of materials and their applications.
* Review and interpret interior working drawings, technical details, elevations, and sections to ensure accuracy and design intent.
* Coordinate with clients, vendors, consultants, contractors,



and internal teams across multiple projects.
* Oversee design coordination and site execution, resolving detailing issues and ensuring quality and adherence to approved drawings.
* Take ownership of projects through completion, handover, and post-handover aftercare. Required

Skills:
* Strong material knowledge and understanding of interior detailing and technical drawings.
* Excellent communication, coordination, organisation, and multitasking skills.
* Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a practical understanding of site execution.
* Ability to collaborate effectively and take ownership of responsibilities. ?
