Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Design, write, and refine system prompts, agent instructions, and conversational flows for voice AI agents.
• Work across the STT, LLM, and TTS pipeline to build and fine-tune natural, context-aware agents.
• Implement interruption handling, objection handling, latency optimization, and conversational memory.
• Debug agent behavior, identify conversation failures, and continuously improve performance.
• Experiment with emerging AI tools and platforms such as LiveKit, Vapi, and Retell. About Company: We are one of India's biggest political and policy consulting organizations.
