• Strong HR operations skills, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee lifecycle administration.
• Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and maintaining a respectful, inclusive work environment.
• Knowledge of HR policies, labor law compliance, and HR documentation and reporting practices.
• Ability to manage payroll coordination, perks administration, and HR data accuracy in collaboration with relevant teams.




• Proficiency in HRIS or HR software tools, MS Office, and basic data analysis for HR metrics.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across diverse business units.
• Demonstrated capability in planning, organizing, problem-solving, and managing multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a postgraduate HR qualification or relevant certification is an advantage.
• Prior experience in a managerial HR role, preferably within multi-business or multi-location organizations.
