Curio Crafts produces custom, sculptural metal furniture and architectural decor for premium spaces. We need a hybrid professional who understands spatial design and can successfully sell our metal manufacturing capabilities to B2B and B2C clients. Job Overview: This role sits at the intersection of creative design and revenue generation. You will meet with interior designers, architects, and direct clients, understand their vision for a space, propose custom metal decor solutions, and close the sale. You are not just selling a product; you are selling a bespoke metal design concept.

Key Responsibilities
(Day-to-Day Tasks):
• Client Consultation & Pitching: Meet with clients (architects, hoteliers, luxury homeowners) to understand their specific needs for custom metal furniture, brass wall art, or decorative aluminum installations.
• Design Translation: Create visual presentations, mood boards, or basic 3D renders to show the client how our metal products will look in their space.
• Sales & Commercials: Prepare detailed price quotations based on metal weights, casting complexity, and finishing requirements. Negotiate terms and close sales contracts for custom manufacturing projects.
• Project Liaison:



Once a sale is closed, hand over the technical specifications to the metal factory floor and track the project to ensure the final piece matches the client’s approved design.
• Lead Generation: Actively reach out to new architectural firms and interior design studios to showcase Curio Crafts’ metalwork portfolio and secure current orders. Requirements &

Qualifications:
• Strict Industry Requirement: Background must be in metal decor, bespoke furniture, hardgoods, or architectural metalwork. (Note: Candidates with experience exclusively in soft furnishings, garments, or apparel design/sales will not be considered).

Experience:
2–4+ years of experience in luxury retail sales, bespoke furniture sales, or architectural business development.
• Design

Skills:
Strong aesthetic sense with the ability to read interior floor plans. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar 3D modeling software is a massive advantage.
• Attributes: Excellent spoken and written English, confident presentation skills, and a target-driven mindset. •
