• Lead end-to-end procurement for high-rise residential and commercial real estate projects.
• Develop procurement strategies aligned with project budgets and timelines.
• Manage vendor identification, development, evaluation, and negotiations.
• Drive cost optimization through strategic sourcing, rate contracts, and bulk purchasing.
• Oversee procurement of civil, MEP, finishing, façade, and other construction materials.




• Ensure timely material availability to support project execution.
• Coordinate with Projects, Planning, Contracts, Design, and Finance teams.
• Monitor purchase orders, procurement budgets, vendor performance, and delivery schedules.
• Lead the purchase team and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
• Prepare procurement MIS reports and present cost-saving initiatives to management. Qualifications

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
