About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and customer-oriented Customer Support Executive with excellent English communication skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, resolving queries, and coordinating with the operations team to ensure a smooth customer experience. ?
Key Responsibilities
• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
• Address customer queries and provide appropriate assistance.
• Coordinate with the operations team to resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain effective communication and timely follow-ups with customers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and professional support.
• Maintain call records and update customer information accurately. ? Requirements ✅ Fluency in English is mandatory. ✅ Knowledge of Telugu will be an added advantage. ✅ Valuable communication and interpersonal skills. ✅ Basic computer knowledge. ✅ Prior experience in customer support is mandatory.
