The professional in this role will review and analyze P&C; insurance business requirements, policy workflows, and rating rules to design test scenarios and test cases. They will execute functional tests for policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, claims, and billing processes, documenting results and defects in a structured manner. The role involves close collaboration with business analysts, developers, and product owners to clarify requirements, validate system behavior, and support user acceptance testing. The individual will also contribute to test data preparation, regression testing, and continuous improvement of testing practices for P&C; insurance products. Qualifications

• Candidates should possess practical experience or strong knowledge in Property & Casualty Insurance, including policy administration, underwriting, claims, and billing processes.
• Candidates should possess hands-on experience in functional testing, test case design, defect management tools, and regression testing for enterprise applications.
• Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to document findings clearly and accurately.
• Candidates should possess proficiency with common testing and collaboration tools (e.g., test management systems, issue trackers, office productivity software).
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related discipline) or equivalent practical experience is beneficial.
• Prior experience working in insurance domain projects, especially P&C;, and familiarity with agile or similar delivery methodologies is an advantage.
