Key Responsibilities
✅ Onboard doctors and clinics in designated areas. ✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals. ✅ Drive doctor engagement, activation, and partnership initiatives. ✅ Conduct regular field visits and achieve monthly onboarding and activation targets. ✅ Coordinate onboarding activities and resolve doctor-related escalations. ✅ Organize doctor engagement activities, meetings, and follow-ups. ✅ Track performance metrics and report business outcomes. Required Skills &

Qualifications:
? Experience in doctor onboarding, doctor engagement, referral marketing, or healthcare business development.



? Candidates from health-tech, e-pharmacy, diagnostics, hospital marketing, or pharmaceutical companies are preferred. ? Medical Representatives (MRs), Senior MRs, Territory Business Managers, and Healthcare BDEs with strong doctor networks are encouraged to apply. ? Strong local doctor and clinic network in the applied location. ? Excellent communication, networking, and relationship management skills. ? Fluency in the local language and willingness to travel extensively within the city. ? Must be comfortable working six days a week. ? Candidates with their own two-wheeler are preferred. ?
