Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple brands across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Plan and manage monthly content calendars, including reels, carousels, static posts, and stories.
• Research industry trends, viral content formats, and competitor strategies to create engaging content ideas.
• Write compelling captions, hooks, reel scripts, and campaign concepts aligned with each brand's voice.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and marketing teams to ensure high-quality content execution.
• Manage social media accounts, publishing schedules, and day-to-day activities.
• Monitor engagement, reach, follower growth, and other performance metrics.
• Prepare social media performance reports and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements, feedback,



and brand objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve brand visibility, engagement, and organic growth.

Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Excellent content writing, storytelling, and creative ideation skills.
• Ability to create engaging reel concepts and stay updated with evolving social media trends.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and content calendars.
• Basic understanding of Meta Business Suite, Canva, and social media analytics tools.
• Robust communication, coordination, and time management skills.
