Company Description JAIN Sports is part of The Jain Group of Institutions (JGI), which has been closely associated with sports and athlete development for over three decades. JGI is known for supporting students who pursue both academic excellence and competitive sports, including more than 100 national and international level athletes and 10 Olympians. Role Description The Social Media and Marketing Intern will support JAIN Sports’ digital presence and brand-building initiatives on a full-time basis. This is an on-site role based in Bengaluru, working closely with the marketing and athlete management teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and scheduling social media content, supporting campaign planning, and monitoring engagement across platforms. The intern will assist with digital marketing tasks such as basic analytics tracking, drafting promotional materials, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to gather stories, updates, and visual assets. The role may also involve event-related support,



research on sports marketing trends, and contributing ideas to enhance online visibility for JAIN Sports and its athletes. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing.
• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing.
• Candidates should possess robust Communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic understanding of sports industry trends or interest in sports and athlete management.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple tasks.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, Sports Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency with design or video tools (e.g., Canva, basic editing software) and analytics dashboards is an added advantage.
